Step 1: Click on "Foreigner Certification" to register:

 

Step 2: Complete the form and click on "Submit":

 

Step 3: Click on “个人检测登记” “individual registration”:

 

Step 4: Fill in the form accordingly:

• Testing Person (Select “本人” for “Oneself”)
• ID Type (Select “其它” for “Other”)

Troubleshooting Tips: We have discovered no matter what ID type you are holding, choosing "其它“ "other" as your ID type works best.

• Address in Shanghai

Step 3: Complete the form and click on “Apply for real-name authentication”:

 

Step 4: Click on “个人检测登记” “individual registration”:

 

Step 5: Fill in the form accordingly:

• Testing Person (Select “本人” for “Oneself”)
• ID Type (Select “其它” for “Other”)
